With one click, the system prepares the Candidate/Client address according to the specified template, including the inflection of the address. All offers are compiled into one clear email, or you can send a message via Linkedin.

How we broke in

I was always used to being approached by many HR professionals on a daily basis, but when 3 HR professionals from a small agency approached me with the same position offer, it seemed like a waste of my time and theirs, and I decided to avoid this. Thus, in 2018, HRAdmin gradually began to emerge

The young HRAdmin was more like an internal database of staffing agencies, but as time went by, ideas for various gadgets that would save a lot of time began to appear.

And since everything can always be implemented with us, we gradually looked for ways to meet the requirements.

We combined know-how from HR and development, and now we have a system full of functions that came directly from the needs of users, which is why working with HRAdmin is so effective.

In the future, we have great ambitions to create a platform that playfully automates all unnecessary steps in recruitment from all 3 sides: Candidate, Client and Agency.
